Fantastic! Thanks for mentioning relying on the quads more than the glutes. Thinking back, I think I've been doing exactly that, given how blown out my quads usually are. So, I'll make adjustments today when I do my set later. Thanks for doing the lunges with a side view, since I can use that visual as a guide for my body positioning. Lastly, I do my squats in my "jammies", since I work from home. :D Oh yeah, thanks for the tip on the Cannonball breath too!!!
