

Oh how long has it been since I have set foot on my treadmill? Too long. My heart and lungs needed this after being sick for too long, too. I start with a short 2 minute stretch then go slow on the treadmill. Speeding up, I start breathing heavier and heavier until I stop for a jump rope break! That makes me even more breathless.. I continue my cycles of running then jumping rope! I am soooo sweaty and breathless by the end! I have to stand and try to catch my breath and that takes me about three minutes.
