Getting it going with a new challenge and a continuation of the squat part too. 25 of each for 30 days and as usual things will get shaken up as we go.
Fantastic!!! I'm doing the full 30 days this time, for sure!!! It was cool seeing hubby doing the sit-ups with his feet in the air. I'll try that tonight when I do my exercises. Congratulations on getting the compliments on your squat work!!! I think that's a much better indication of whether the squats "worked" or not than the measurement. :) lol
Ok, I'm off to do my exercises now and will report back what happened. :D lol
