Dorina is in the OR because of a spine injury some years ago that required metal pins still inside her back (note the actual scar). Now she has problems with these pins and the team must repair it. They prepare Dorina for the procedure, hook her up to EKG and place the BP. They use a blue ambu mask. As she rests, they intubate Dorina with a laryngeal mask. As they turn her on the table she goes into CA. They turn her back and start CPR and more defibrillations. Later she is back and they continue the operation. Dorina's face is excellent with her intubation tube and her eyes taped. Very realistic. Big defib jumps in this!
