Resurfacing back to normal finally, having NinaTKO join us for her Day 2 of this challenge really is a good indicator that we are rolling through this challenge. Best modification for the leg throws would be to hold onto a kettlebell, couch or very sturdy chair while doing leg lifts.

It's pretty incredible that you are doing the closed fist push-ups, good job with the leg lifts, and woo hoo on the squats, I'm sure you fly through them.

Alright!!!! I'm going to do my exercises shortly. I don't have anyone to push my feet around. NinaTKO, can you stop by? :D lol Anyway, I'll figure something out for the crunch part. :) Thanks again for doing this challenge because it's keeping me active and engaged! I'll post my results soon! :)
