I just finished my exercises and man, I'm worn out!!! The plank with lifts was really hard, due to my lack of coordination! lol So, I think I just need to practice those. The Russian twists were fun, once I got the hang of them. After the twists, I laid back on the floor because I was totally drained! lol So, day 12 was definitely a great day for the challenge, since I learned new exercises!!!! Thanks again for doing this, Ciren, and thanks to NinaTKO for participating!!!

Wow, this looks like the most difficult challenge day yet! lol I've never seen the plank lifts before and while I've seen the Russian whatever-you-called-it before, I've never done them. So, this WILL be a challenge, for sure!!! I'll ATTEMPT these a little later. lol Thanks for sticking with the challenge, for keeping us all engaged and for raising the bar!!!!
