Iris is found on the floor during an emergency, suffering from hypothermia, inside a clinic. The nurse approaches to check on the girl. Suddenly, she begins convulsing, her body shakes, and her heart begins to fail. The nurse begins CPR, alternating chest compressions with MTM. The doctor assists her colleague, also administering CPR to Iris and placing the AED pads on her chest. The shocks from the defibrillator shake the girl's body, but have no effect. CPR continues with numerous cycles and multiple shocks, placing the CPR board under Iris's back. The heating blanket is pulled aside, leaving the girl completely naked.
