It's a solo day, make sure to have a weight of some sort for the squats, the ab portion can be done without weight, just put hands under the low back to support the pulse.
Great workout!!! You're not alone.. we're all here doing it with you!!!! :) Love those leg/torso lifts, I guess. :) I've never seen that before!!! So, I'm excited to try it out!!! I'll do my exercises now, to knock them out.
