I took a road trip up to Denver for EXXXotica 2018 and took the liberty of finding public outdoor places to relieve myself. There's one little clip of me going in a toilet inside the convention center. After a couple days in the altitude, I realized I was expelling much more than normal, so I decided to see if this had anything to do with the altitude. This Florida girl body was experiencing what's called "altitude diuresis". Essentially what happens is a release of more bicarbonate which makes it possible to increase breathing, thereby taking in more oxygen (to adapt to the higher elevation). So you get the benefit of my excessively full bladder! I begin the clip talking about this, then chug some water and urinate outside. Then there are several more clips of me going!
