day 22 — 50 squats and 30 romanian deadlifts. it was gray again today and i woke up with a crick in my neck, so my energy was low. i took it easy but stayed consistent and got it done.
Got a crick in my neck too, maybe I should try some Tiger Balm, never did it before. Those deadlifts sounded a lot more intimidating than they looked. Overall, your vid was very inspiring! Keep it up, Luna!
