I want you to know how much I value you as an employee. I've noticed how hard you've been working lately, especially all of the overtime that you've been putting in. I've been going over the books and unfortunately as a company we just don't have the cash flow at the moment to be able to give you a raise, however I really do want to give you an incentive to keep you working hard for me.
