Candle pose, also known as Sarvangasana, is an advanced yoga inversion that is a variation of the shoulder stand where the legs are extended straight up, parallel to the floor. It is performed by lying on your back and lifting your hips and legs, supporting your back with your hands. To enter the pose, lie on your back, lift your legs overhead, roll your weight onto your shoulders, and use your hands on your lower back for support as you straighten your legs towards the ceiling.
