I thought you might enjoy a quick reading of some of my favorite poems. So, here is Wild Geese by Mary Oliver. This one consistently gets me through rough times and one of the lines in it has become my favorite mantra- "You do not have to be good". Simple but so very freeing. I hope you like it.
