

One year ago, at 49, I started consistently lifting weights and eating more intentionally. When I started last November I had no intention of LOVING it! I had never lifted consistently before but after the first week in the gym I was hooked. I go 5 to 6 days a week and am looking forward to building BIGGER STRONGER muscles.
