hi babes, it’s Tye, and i’m joining you with my second-ever SFW video!! i haven’t been stretching enough lately, and have def noticed some stiffness, so decided to do this quick hip-opening yoga // stretching sequence that i found online! the sequence includes some deep squats, a lil chest opening, and then i added a quick practice of ragdoll fold for my hamstrings. no talking. just some controlled breathing (i am a beginner, not an instructor, haha) - it felt nice to stretch out a lil!! i hope you enjoy watching, and maybe even practicing stretching along with me xoxo Tye
