Join me in the kitchen to make some tasty Christmas treats. My first recipe is for candy pretzels which turn out so good with extra sprinkles! Muddy Buddies and Chex mix are the perfect spread of sweet and savory. Recipes: 1. Candy Prezels: -Almond Bark -Pretzels -Sprinkles (optional, highly recommended) Melt the almond bark on low on the stove for about 10 minutes. Once melted, dip the pretzels and add sprinkles. Let it set for about an hour. 2. Muddy Buddies -9 cups Rice and Corn Chex -1 cup Chocolate Chips -1/2 cup Peanut Butter -6 Tbsp Butter -2 cups Powdered Sugar Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave safe dish. Mix in with the chex mix. Transfer into a large ziplock bag and pour in the powdered sugar - SEAL WELL then shake! Enjoy. 3. Chex Mix -8 Cups Rice, Corn, & Wheat Chex -1 cup of pretzels -1 cup of mixed nuts -6 tbsp butter -3/4 tsp onion powder -3/4 tsp garlic powder -1 1/2 Tbsp lowery salt -2 tbsp worcestershire sauce Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Melt the butter and mix in the spices. Add in the worcestershire sauce last. Pour the buttery sauce on the cereal mix and toss. You can do it in batches so it's evenly coated. Put into the oven at 250F for about an hour and toss every 15 minutes. Enjoy!
