The purpose of my yoga videos is to demonstrate my stretching skills and what yoga poses I can do. Yoga is an art of body and mind and this is how I want to demonstrate this art. I like to start my day with yoga and stretching. Because flexibility is an important part of my wellness and healthy lifestyle ritual. In this video I'm in white short skirt and white pantyhose!
