It’s already mid-January… and my New Year’s resolution is clearly not going as planned. Dressed up and pretending to be a responsible adult, I confess how the holidays left me softer, heavier, and very much still carrying all that winter weight. From straining clothes at my desk to melting into the couch, I can’t stop touching, lifting, and jiggling the belly that refuses to shrink. I talk myself into being “good,” deny how much I love the fullness, and blame you for every extra bite that settled into my thighs, hips, and gut. The longer this goes on, the harder it is to pretend I’m in control… especially when temptation is exactly what I crave. Lots of slow belly play, fat talk, denial, teasing, and POV encouragement — all building to that moment where one more bite, one more pound, feels inevitable. Are you going to let me stick to my resolution… or are you already planning how to make me break it?
