I put it around my neck and tell you to sit as i make sure my skin is silky soft. I apply lotion slowly to my legs and arms noting that its ok , youll be fine when your breathing starts to quicken and get heavy. I can see your chest rising and falling. I finally finish and start to listen to your heart noting how fast and loud it is. How i love listening to your heart.
