EXAMINING EVELYN “DOWN LOW”, PART 1 - EXTREMELY DETAILED ABDOMINAL EXAM - STETHOSCOPE, DEEP PALPATION, AUSCULTATION, PERCUSSION *in 4K* Evelyn is already waiting when the scene begins, sitting on the examination bed, fully dressed, composed but clearly aware that something isn't quite right. He tells her to remove her shoes and lie down on the bed. She complies. He instructs her to lower her pants and lift her blouse, exposing her abdomen. The abdominal exam begins. The stethoscope moves slowly across her belly as he performs a thorough abdominal auscultation, listening carefully to every quadrant. He works lower and lower, and at one point he needs more access. Without hesitation, he pulls her pants down slightly himself, continuing to listen deeper, closer. Once finished, he moves on to her BP, measuring it while she remains lying flat. Then he tells her to lower her pants further. She obeys. Her pants and panties come down enough to fully expose her lower abdomen and the upper part of her pubic area. Now the real palpation begins. A deep, methodical abdominal palpation follows, shown in a beautiful split-screen view, one angle from the front, another from the side. Next, he asks her to sit up. He places one hand low on her back and delivers a gentle but firm tap - a classic costovertebral angle (CVA) tenderness test, checking for kidney involvement. He repeats it on the other side. He then guides her back down onto the bed, pushing her gently into the supine position again, and resumes deep palpation, pressing into her abdomen with focus and persistence. Suspecting a muscular origin to her pain, he performs a straight leg raise test, lifting one leg with the knee bent toward her chest, then the other, watching her reactions closely. But he's not finished. He tells Evelyn to undress completely from the waist down. He wants to perform a gynecological examination. She didn't expect this. But she complies.
