Sultry Dionysus has had horrible stomach aches & goes to the Divine Clinic for an exam. Dr. Ziva Fey is there to examine him. Sultry lays on the medical table ready to be examined. Ziva instructs him remove his pants and get down to his drawers… He explained to her that he is commando so he lays on the examination table naked. Ziva begins to press & palpate his stomach over his aching colon. Sultry winces in agony &pain as the doctor presses into his belly.
