I know you've been running the numbers. Not because you told Me - because I've been watching long enough to recognize the shape of someone applying a self-improvement project. The reading you won't admit to doing. The tracking you won't admit to keeping. Quietly returning to a number just to see if it moved. I see the shape of it. I find the shape of it quite interesting. Here is where you are, honestly: better. Meaningfully better. That is not encouragement dressed up as an observation - it is the observation.
