My tongue is very hyperactive; it’s always moving back and forth. I move it all over my mouth, running it over my lips—both my upper and lower lips. I have a very fleshy tongue, and the underside of my tongue is very veiny; I have a lot of veins under my tongue, and every time I move it a lot, I start drooling a lot; my tongue gets really slimy, and the more I move it, the more drool comes out the sides of my mouth
