My coughing turns you on. Good. I’ve been smoking an obscene amount of cigarettes, and as a consequence, I’ve been coughing a lot. I know you love it when I do: it’s proof of just how rotten and black and tar-filled my lungs are! Turns you on, doesn’t it? So why not stroke for me while I suck on my little cancer sticks and cough (a lot)?
