My wife has just been diagnosed with autoimmune issues and we have so many issues navigating the system and insurance, which cycles back into mental health. I'm sending you all my spoons for dealing with the healthcare/insurance bullshit, I'm hoping you get lots of support from the community and the best news possible when it comes to future diagnosis and treatments.

I can absolutely relate to many of the mental and physical health issues you mention. First of all, you are so brave for making this video, and you are a Content Creator I have always aspired to more like! I have a panic disorder since 2001. Right now, I am struggling too. I am extremely behind on my custom video orders. Being away from filming and doing what I love is breaking my heart. Just hearing your story and having you share your health struggles, makes me feel less alone. So, I thank you for sharing this and I wish you all the best!!! Hope you get better! With such list the thing that works best is not meds but radical life change/diet and daily activities. Something outdoors and physical, a farm could do or community life, eco-construction, you see. Maybe fly somewhere to spend the next year and do volunteering to sustain yourself see if it helps.
