With no escape possible, I gagged him with My dirty sock and stepped onto him in My sharp black boots. I drove My heels deep into his balls, slowly shifting and increasing My weight until I was standing with full pressure directly on them, lifting My other foot completely off the ground. He screamed desperately into the gag as I repeated it, staying planted there while he begged through muffled cries. This was probably the hardest I have ever stepped on his balls and the hardest I have heard him scream. I only stepped off once I was satisfied. Pure suffering for him, pure pleasure for Me.
