Years ago I broke my nose, which was already big and has now also become crooked, with asymmetrical nostrils. The doctor begins examining me, but I am unaware that he is also a fetishist for noses like mine. At the beginning of the video, the doctor watches my nose from the front and from both profiles. He watches the asymmetrical nostrils. Then he touches my nose, bends it, etc… He inserts his fingers into my nostrils, under the pretext of testing the depth of my nose. For a short time, he also inserts an endoscope inside my nostrils, so he can get a better look inside the nose.
