Kody Evans is upset that London Evans ran up her credit card bill and decides her step-sis must be punished. Kody has London crawl into a dungeon with a leash and sits her on a chair. Kody then ties London to the chair and begins to torment her. London is next tied to a metal contraption and has her feet tickled by Kody.
