I start the morning out with a good job, but my heart starts beating really fast this time and I’m feeling lightheaded. By the time I get back to my house, I’m completely winded and my chest is pounding ferociously. I drench myself with my bottled water, but it doesn’t help. When I get inside, I have to head straight to my home office because I’m working today. Work turns out to be complete chaos and stress. My boss is taking advantage of me and I’ve had enough. I actually end up quitting. I go into my bedroom to relax but my chest pains grow intensively worse. My left arm has sharp pains shooting up it and then it’s turning numb. My head is pounding and I just feel horrible. The heaviness in my chest is getting unbearable and I’m having a hard time actually breathing. I finally realize that my situation is catastrophic and desperately look for my phone to call 911. Help soon on the way as I’m struggling and gasping for air and trying to breathe as I hold my chest. By the time the EMS arrives, I am unresponsive. They perform chest compressions on me and then use the defibrillator paddles to no success.
