It's been a little while since the last haircut I gave myself and I feel my hair is too long, especially in the back. I want some more volume and a more lifted and fresh effect, so I decide to go for a short bob with layers. Watch me wet and cut my lavender strands with my shears, collecting the fallen locks. I put my hair into a tiny ponytail again and cut off the excess. I grab bits here and there and cut them off, sometimes coming at them with the shears from below to create less blunt, more natural looking ends. But I’m not afraid to be much more blunt with the bottom edges this time for more of a cleancut bob. My hair ends up shorter than I expected, but I like it all the same. It creates a cute vintage look, don't you think?
