
Naked, exercising, no interaction. All frontal view. I start with a couple of warm up exercises then pick up my 8kg kettlebell to do a selection of moves targeting different areas of my body. To think that 4 months ago I was feeling it from using a 2kg kettlebell! Quickly moved to a 3kg, then a 4kg, then jumped to an 8kg. I see myself moving to a 10 in the not too distant future
