I tie this slave's nuts to his leg so whenever he tried to move, it will yank his balls hard. Once they are nice and swollen, I take a riding crop and whip his poor purple nuts! I start alternating between the crop and my hand to never let him know which is coming next. Look at how he wiggles and screams!
