After a hard working day I come back home tired. What is better than some good body stretching? Nothing of course! I know which exercises are helpful: I start stretching slowly my back, leaning backward on my sofa and moving my arms up and down overhead a lot, but after the first stretches I feel immediately that your blouse lifts up showing my belly button... I can't do this when I work, but now I'm free! Stretch my feet, pointing and arching, showing some accidentally dangle. My skirt is perfect for a stewardess, but what happens when I stretch?) Probably my thong could "peek out" accidentally from ymy back and when it happens I try to put my skirt up!
