These were actually recorded for someone who has been in my life for a very long time. He fell in love with me when he was a freshman in high school and I was a junior--about 25 years ago. We each already had a boyfriend or girlfriend at the time, so aside from a small make out sesh, nothing between us went any farther. Anyway , after 20 years of not seeing each other, we reconnected through a mutual friend. Terrible decision. Terrible relationship that ended on bad terms. I had not spoken to him in about 3 years when he popped up again my former place of employment. He has loved me from a distance since that time mostly because I refused to be near him for about the first three months after having seen him at my job. He has always been the one person who wouldn't sugarcoat circumstances and was always supportive of me as I figured it all out on my own...the hard way.
