MP4 VERSION OF THE BELOW CLIP I'm sitting naked in the bath tub. My medium length blond hair is pulled up on top of my head and secured with a hair tie. It's in desperate need of a good thorough washing because I've been swimming for the past couple days and I've gone underwater. First things first. I need to run a brush through my shiny tangled locks! I pull my hair down from the hair tie. I lean back in the tub, wetting my hair but decide to use a huge cup to do the majority of the wetting process just so you can see me better. I pour a heaping handful of shampoo into my hands and work it through my hair. I add a half of a cup of water and it begins to suds up almost immediately. I love playing with my hair while I'm washing it! I think I need another good sized hand full of shampoo. If I'm going to wash my hair, I want it to be washed properly. I want to feel soapy suds of shampoo bubbling up all over my head. I want to feel the thick lather dripping down onto my back and shoulders. Time to rinse. I use the cup, pouring cupful after cupful of water over my beautiful blond hair until it's about as rinsed as I can get it. Time for some conditioner! I want my hair super soft and manageable, so I make sure to work the conditioner all through the ends of my soaking wet blond hair. I rake it throughout with my fingers and fingernails before then run a comb through it as well. One more final rinse and I'm squeaky clean! Ahhhhh. I feel so much better now!
