Tiffany is feeling freaky so she runs herself a hot bath to pleasure herself in. Half way through the bath, her water shuts off! Tiffany calls her hot plummer neighbor to come over and check it out. While he checks out the plumming, Tiffany doesn't want to waste the hot water so she strips down and hops in. The plummer doesn't want to complicate their neighbor relationship, but Tiffany begs him.
