Police department CSI investigator Helena Price and her patrol officer partner Black PIPE are investigating a crime scene when their vehicle breaks down and they are stuck at the crime scene for an hour waiting for the tow truck. Black PIPE suggests to Helena a way to make the wait woth the effort.
