The scene begins when you are sitting on a chair (near a desk if you want), crossing your legs, checking some notes you brought home. This is a hard job and you try to relax yourself listening some lounge music. But after a while you become tired and yawn. Your feet for example need some relax: you try to stretch them, pointing your toes, dangling your flip flops, showing your arches. But you think that's not enough. You need more and what is better than some good body stretching? Nothing of course! You know perfectly which exercises are helpful: you start stretching slowly your back, leaning backward on your chair and moving your arms up and down overhead a lot, but after the first stretches you feel immediately that your sweater lifts up showing your belly button...you can't do this when you work, but now you are free! After a while you stand up and lean your back to the wall, raising your arms up and down (as you want to reach something high) and TIPTOE your feet, up and down repeatedly. You feel better: you are completely addicted by the music and it really likes you: This session of stretching is perfect, so you continue with other stretching poses while you are working!....what happens when you stretch?: probably your thong/string could "peek out" accidentally from your back and when it happens you try to put your leggings/jeans up!
