I decided to show you how I use my spider gag. It's a nice piece, made of metal and leather, and fits my face well. It fits behind my teeth and leaves a nice round opening for my tongue and your fingers. The gag makes me drool prolifically, and it runs down my chin as my tongue moves in and out.
