Venus is tied to a hotel room bed in Vegas, with a thick clear plastic bag over her head, with JUST enough gap around her neck to breathe... however... over time, the plastic gets hotter, and wetter, causing her breathing to become harder and harder, until she cannot breathe any more. Master stands there, watching, waiting, knowing that she has a fixed amount of time before things get bad.
