Today, we're in conversation with Delilah Cass. Others may know her through another name, but a lot of time has passed since her Mermmaid days. Let's dive into knowing more about one of the cutest redheads on MV shall we? 

So why the name change?

I changed my name because I felt like “Mermmaid” was never me. It did not define me. I needed a first and last name in the sex industry. It also helped me stray away from the couple I used to cam and produce videos with. I felt like every time I logged online, someone HAD to ask me about my ex-girlfriend. So I changed my name and got far less comments about the relationship I used to be in.

If you actually met Mama Cass (the singer you named yourself after) from The Mamas & the Papas what would you say?

Want to make a video with me? Haha! Not actually sure. I would probably be so star struck that I wouldn’t make sense no matter what I tried to say.

Tell us some details about your journey through the industry since the time of the interview and now.

Since the last interview with ManyVids, a lot of things have changed. I am no longer with a married couple. I am still with the husband from the married couple and we continue to produce content together. I have changed my name from Mermmaid to Delilah Cass. I have started doing more fetish type porn. Really trying to push myself to come up with new ideas and produce content I’ve always loved watching, but knowing I can make better.

Last time you mentioned that you had a very interesting relationship going on. How did that develop? Has your relationship status changed?

I did. I was with a married couple. We met on Tumblr (crazy, I know), met in person, and the rest is history. Unfortunately, the wife in the marriage decided to not communicate issues with the relationship and it factored heavily into the end of it. She asked her husband for a divorce and I decided it was stupid to leave someone I had so much fun with so we are still together. Which brings me to some advice... Unless the couple or threesome you are with is TOTALLY open and expresses their feelings and problems, don’t be with them. I feel totally awful feeling like I ruined a marriage even though they tell me I didn’t. But I can’t help but be happy that I do have someone to love and be with. Not everything went as planned, but I love my boyfriend and we have tons of fun creating content for you guys!

Have you changed in terms of your style or preferences as a content creator?

I don’t think I have changed much in the content I create but I have decided to include more fetish type videos that people look for but have a difficult time finding. I don’t want to limit myself in this industry, but push myself to include more of people’s taboo fantasies. I have multiple pee fetish videos as well as doing more anal videos. I have always had a daddy fetish so I am excited for my boyfriend and I to create more taboo videos. He is 22 years older than me, literally old enough to be my dad, so we have the fatherly/little girl type scenario that makes it easier to get into character.

Your natural red hair is your signature look. But would you ever try to sport another style? And if yes, what would it be?

My best friend is a hair stylist and she would kill me if I ever dyed it anything other than red. I have dyed my hair a few times, obviously only variations of red to enhance it. It always fades back to my natural hair color so sometimes a change is nice. I am always so nervous cutting my hair because I love my long hair! I think sometimes it would be fun to dye it dark and cut it super short. My signature look would have to be the red hair and full red bush. I’ve had many people on cam tell me to never shave it and they would even pay me to not shave it ever!

Now that you’ve been in the industry for some years, what are the core lessons you’ve learned as a content creator?

Don’t limit yourself. Shoot for the stars. Take time to recoup but also realize if you want to make it, you have to put the effort. Success doesn’t just come. You have to strive for it and chase after it to really make it and make yourself known. There are tons of girls and creators in the industry. Find what makes you different and cling to that. Don’t be like everyone else. Be different. Be yourself. I see too many people trying hard to be these people they aren’t and get mad with their little success. We are amateurs. People don’t expect perfection. Be who you really are and the success will follow you. People like real. People like raw. Don’t forget that. Also, don’t do anything you are not 100% comfortable with or comfortable having on the internet. People steal content. Family and friends will find out eventually. Make sure you understand the hardships and the reality sex work entails before you start.

If you had all the resources to create the most spectacular, out of this world porn vid of your wildest fantasies, what would it be?

First, I would have 5 or 6 video cameras so we wouldn’t have to reshoot anything and could just go with it naturally. Second, it would be in the most gorgeous, tropical beach island place you have ever seen. Or under a waterfall. Or in a hidden oasis type pool with plants and flowers everywhere. It would be sensual. It would be exotic. It would have an amazing story line. If it was beach themed, I would totally dress up as Ariel from The Little Mermaid. I think my boyfriend and I have general ideas of how to create our fantasies into videos. We just have never had the time to travel and create porn abroad. If I could have a private forest, private beach, gorgeous house with a full wall of windows, I would create porn for the rest of my life.

ManyVids has changed a lot since the time of your interview. What are your thoughts on all the new things that have happened?

I really love all the changes. I love the MV Gear section. Who wouldn’t want to rep ManyVids? I hope I can utilize the new custom video feature because I want to make your dreams come true! It is amazing how many custom video options are included within this feature and I would really love to be more involved with it. I think the live feature is going to be amazing. ManyVids has needed to do this for a long time. I hope they can expand this idea and make it a platform for girls to cam regularly on ManyVids.

There are things that I think would be great if added. I would really love to see ManyVids send previous purchasers an update when I post a new video or store item to give them a reason to visit my page again. I think an auto message feature like “Hey! Delilah Cass posted a new video. Check out her preview here....” Or something along those lines could increase sales for me and profile traffic. I would love to see who hearts my videos and when I get a post on my wall in my notifications. I think it would be great to include in the video views in the profile traffic stats what videos are being viewed. That would help me figure out what the members are interested in and I could create more content like that. The last thing I wish ManyVids would do is have the option for photosets. I know you can upload it in your store items, but an actual dedicated spot for them and the ability to give an MV Link to them for members would be great.

Also, I really liked when MV did articles seeking out certain videos in a genre or showing unique store items. I think that was a great tool that helps more girls be found!

Thank you all for your support. I know I can go MIA sometimes and not be as active on social media, but the fact the same people will buy my videos everytime I upload a new one makes me so happy. I appreciate all the support I have been given and cannot wait to keep pushing myself to make better and better content.
