Purchased a fan sign photo set on February 27, 2019. Messaged her a few times on when she'll be getting the fan sign photo set done and she messaged me back that it'll get done next week or in a couple of days. Had to get MV Support involved to issue a refund on April 4, 2019 because it went passed the 30 day fulfillment period to fulfill an order. If you're too busy or got too many things going on in your personal life, you should not be selling custom ordered items. Beside, 30 days gives plenty of time to fulfill an order. DO NOT DEAL WITH!
