Purchased this item from her on October 27, 2023 and messaged her immediately with the details. She seen the message and responded with an "Ok baby". Had to get MV Support involved to issue a return credit on December 6th, as it passed the 30 days MV allowed for an order to be fulfilled. OK to purchase videos from her, but you could forget about custom ordered items being done!
