Screen grabbers can be seen as the new type of malwear for phones. They don't encrypt and they don't lock you out, all these screen grabbers do is hog the screen and don't allow the user to click off of them. You can't turn it off, you can't stop it. You can't even remove it how you would normally and it doesn't even need admin rights or any permissions granted to do this, one click it all it takes to grab that screen. It's naughty and bad and it can fuck up your phone and that's why it isn't included but it has been made.. Trust me you don't want it!..
