Christmas themed commission.  Outfit consists of a cute red and white skater dress with candy cane and gift print on it, candy cane tights, 'elf'-like shoes, and a red bandanna headband.  Chair tie with both legs taped to their respective legs with candy cane tape, hands taped behind the chair.
