Kody's little sister, London, never parties or shows off her figure. Macy and Kody are tired of her being such a "goody two shoes" and never having any fun. They devise a plot to train her into obedience, and get her to "loosen up". But when Kody is actually successful in controlling her little sister, the two girls get carried away and have too much fun making London do embarrassing and humiliating things.
