I’m in my apartment, doing some exercise :) I’m wearing a skimpy training vest, a pair of tight fitting lycra bottoms, and my cute little feet are bare. I have set a yoga mat down on the floor, and as I begin my stretches I can feel my full bladder starting to strain. I didn’t empty it before I started my workout, and now that I’m moving around on the mat, it’s really being triggered. When I get onto my hands and knees with my pert bum in the air, it all becomes too much and a powerful warm, jet bursts out through my lycra bottoms as if they weren’t even there! It spills out onto the mat, forming a big puddle underneath me, but because the mat is not very absorbent, the liquid doesn’t seep in but continues to spread towards my hands! The release of the pressure on my bladder feels wonderful, but I don’t stop what I’m doing for a second. I just carry on with my exercise as my release continues to flow :D Now that my bladder has been satisfied and my bottoms and the mat are both soaking wet, it’s time for the rest of my routine. I grab my weights and get cracking. Only now I’m working out in the puddle I’ve made…which is brilliant motivation for me ;)
