A girl arrives in the emergency room in Cardaco arrest, after being left at the hospital entrance. The doctor begins to resuscitate her with heart massage, as she is in asystole. When the rhythm becomes shockable she uses the defibrillator until the girl recovers. But after a few minutes her heart goes to a halt again. Before her the girl is undressed and, to facilitate the operations, she is placed a CPR board under his back. The compressions are getting stronger and deeper. The girl goes to asystole several times and it becomes necessary to insert a guedel tube into her throat. After several cycles of CPR and defibrillation, her heart rhythm finally resumes. She shot multi-angle; deep and strong compressions on the board; cannula inserted during breathing with AMBU.
