In my open belly swimsuit, I walk/waddle back and forth with one hand on my back and the other rubbing my belly. Every so often I react as if I am having a contraction or being kicked hard and say something like "step-mommy is too big for kicks that hard" "not yet, step-mommy is enjoying her big belly".
