My step-son is so helpful. He noticed that I wasn’t stretching properly during my workout the other day and offered to help. He is  a personal trainer, so I definitely trust what he tells me.He noticed that instead of leggings, it looked like I was wearing pantyhose, which I was because my leggings were in the laundry.I did not realize until later that there was a hole in them. That’s when the reeeeeally DEEP stretching began.
